            A recently refurbished modern large 2 bedroom flat situated a 12-15 minutes walk to York City centre (1 mile).  The main bedroom has a double bed & a single bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds in which can be pushed together if so required.  There is an ample lounge with a 3 piece suite & 42" wall mounted Plasma TV.  The kitchen has 2 electric ovens & 2 electric hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, table & chairs.  Both bedrooms are en-suite with recently refurbished bathrooms.    Linen & towels are provided.  Keys provided for 24/7 access.
