A large 2 bedroom flat situated a 10-15 minutes walk to York City centre. The main bedroom has a double bed & 2 single beds in it along with numerous pieces of pine furniture. The second bedroom has 2 single beds in which can be pushed together if so required. There is an ample lounge with a 3 piece suite & colour TV amongst other pieces of furniture. The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, table & chairs for 6 etc. The bathroom is situated towards the back of the flat & has a bath (shower over) basin & toilet. Linen & towels are provided. Keys provided for 24/7 access.
There is a backyard with parking for 1 car at the rear of the flat.
